Our Well-Being Visits are short (20–30 minute) check-ins designed to:

  • 🛠 Offer light help with quick tasks

  • 🤝 Provide companionship and connection

  • ⚠️ Catch small issues before they turn into big problems

  • 📱 Send a brief text/call update to the family contact

Each visit is personalized — but here’s what we commonly help with:

👀 Observation & Check-In

  • A quick wellness and safety check

  • Gentle questions to see how they're feeling or doing

  • A scan of the home for changes, hazards, or red flags

  • Status updates sent to family (via text message)

🧰 Light Help & Quick Fixes (as time allows)

  • Taking out the trash or recycling

  • Checking mail / bringing in packages

  • Replacing light bulbs, batteries, or filters

  • Resetting clocks or thermostats

  • Simple Tech help - troubleshooting remotes, phones, WiFi, computer or tablets

  • Moving light objects or adjusting light furniture

🗓️ What About Months with 5 Weeks?

Our membership plans are based on a simple monthly rate — covering up to 4, 8, or 12 visits per month, depending on your plan.

💡 And when there’s an extra week in the month?
We’re happy to include a bonus visit at no extra charge whenever our schedule allows. It’s just one more way we bring peace of mind — without ever complicating your bill.

🚨 Need an Extra Visit or Emergency Check-In?

If you’re ever unable to reach your loved one, or something feels off and you need us to check in outside your regular schedule, we’ll do our best to respond quickly.

Emergency or unscheduled visits are available for $60 per visit (up to 30 minutes), based on availability. Members Only Rate.

Members always get priority — because your peace of mind matters most.

Need a one-time visit instead?
We offer standalone visits at $75 each, based on availability. Non Members Rate.
