We Simply Fill The Gap____

❌ What We Do Not Provide

(And why — to protect you and your family)

We are not a licensed home health agency or personal care provider.
We focus only on non-medical, non-personal support.

🚫 We do NOT:

  • Provide hands-on personal care (no bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, grooming, etc.)

  • Administer or assist with medications (including over-the-counter)

  • Help with mobility support (no lifting, transferring, or walking assistance)

  • Handle medical devices or monitoring (oxygen, blood pressure, glucose, etc.)

  • Perform skilled trade services (electrical, HVAC, plumbing beyond basic tasks)

  • Provide in-home cooking or meal prep

  • Handle incontinence or hygiene assistance

  • Supervise clients with serious memory issues or wandering risk

  • Offer overnight care or 24/7 monitoring

  • Accept insurance or Medicaid billing

  • Transport clients in a wheelchair-accessible vehicle or commercial van

⚠️ A Quick Word About Transportation

While we are happy to accompany clients to local appointments or errands, we are not a transportation company. Transportation, when provided, is strictly non-medical, in a personal vehicle, and always within the boundaries of safety and common sense. If a client's needs exceed this, we’ll help coordinate a more suitable option.

⚖️ Why We Keep It This Way

Keeping our services non-medical means:

  • You don’t need to worry about licensing or regulation issues

  • You get flexible, friendly help without the cost or formality of full-time care

  • We can focus 100% on being the trusted support team — without crossing legal or safety boundaries
